Transpiling IbiScript-enhanced EpiDoc to pure EpiDoc with transpile

The transpile command converts an EpiDoc XML that features IbiScript macros into pure EpiDoc XML.

$ ibis transpile -h

Transpile an EpiDoc XML file containing IbiScript macro layer annotations into pure EpiDoc XML

Usage: ibis transpile [OPTIONS] <FILE>

Arguments:
  <FILE>  The annotated EpiDoc XML source file to transpile

Options:
  -o, --output <OUTPUT>  Write output to a separate file rather than standard output
      --check            Check validity without writing output (returns non-zero exit code on transpilation error)
  -h, --help             Print help
